We are currently collecting feedback from prospective customers and expressions of interest from service providers to help us understand their needs and shape the development of the platform.
This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect your personal data when you visit our landing page, submit a Gidulo interest form, or communicate with us about the project.

Submitting an expression of interest does not mean you have been approved, verified or onboarded as a Gidulo service provider.
When you visit our landing page, limited technical information may be processed by our hosting provider or other technical service providers. Depending on their configurations, this may include IP address, browser type, device information, access times, requested pages and security logs.
We will confirm what information is actually collected by our website, hosting configuration and any enabled analytics or security tools.
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal data through our early-interest forms. Please do not submit passwords, bank details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.

We will assess whether this basis is appropriate for the particular processing activity.
Steps at your request or contractual necessity: Where processing is necessary to take steps you request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract where one exists.

We will determine the appropriate lawful basis for each processing activity before implementing it. We will not rely on consent where another basis is required or more appropriate.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

Some technology and hosting providers may process or store personal data in countries outside Nigeria. The location of processing will depend on the services, settings and contractual arrangements in place.
Where personal data is transferred outside Nigeria, we will assess the applicable requirements under the NDPA, including the requirements governing international transfers, and implement an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice. We keep personal data for one year, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.
